The Turks and Caicos Islands have taken the #1 spot in the Caribbean’s most popular destination pole from Conde Nast Travel. Sitting at the #10 position last year makes this quite a leap and a well-deserved one at that for a chain of less than 40 small islands and cays just south of the Bahamas.
The Turks and Caicos Islands are known for their celebrity sightings, luxurious resorts and gourmet restaurants, but above all, Grace Bay Beach, which has been voted the #1 Beach in the World. It is honestly the nicest beach you will ever touch down on, curling your toes into the smooth warm white sand, free of shells and other beach debris gives you a sense of eternal peace and not a care in the world.
